International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! However, please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Return & Refund Policy
Custom Orders: Please note that custom artwork, including personalized paintings and accessories, cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Standard Products: Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Approval: Once the design and details are finalized, we require a 50% deposit before starting your project.
Completion Time: Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to complete.
Delivery: Upon completion, the remaining balance is due, and your artwork will be shipped.
Note: Custom projects may take between 3 to 5 weeks for creation, depending on size, complexity, and other factors. Please note that shipping is from Bulgaria, and delivery times may be slightly extended, particularly for international orders or during the initial phases of operation.
