PARALLAX explores how a fixed form can appear to shift without changing its structure. A continuous upper line anchors the elongated silhouette, while the inward curve and folded side panels redirect the eye. Depending on the viewing angle, the same object appears to expand, narrow or move beyond its original outline.
The form does not become something else. Perspective simply reveals what was already present.
Handcrafted from calfskin leather, the design relies on precise construction rather than ornament. A small gold-tone clasp creates a single point of balance within the sculptural silhouette.
